At Zoyashi, the packaging is done in durable material to prevent wear & tear. However,

  -  If you receive the garment wherein the packaging is tampered and damaged before delivery, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT the package. Give us a call at our customer care no. +91- 9599730040 or email us at care@zoyashi.com. We will ensure that a replacement is done with no additional cost and on priority.

  -   We gladly accept unused, unwashed and unworn garments for exchange only if we are informed within 7 working days. In this case, the shipment will be borne by the client.

  -   If the garment has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

 -   If wrong item has been delivered to you, in terms of size/color or product.

  -   All exchange will be accepted only once. All items must be in original condition with all hang tags intact.

  -   In case there is a need for alteration, it can be done within 7 working days from the date of delivery. In this case, the shipping cost to be borne by the client.

The products shall not be eligible for return & replacement -

  -   If the garment is made to order / customized as per your measurement.

  -   Products bought during sale will not be exchanged.

  -   No exchange will be accepted if the garment is used, washed or worn.
