Orders
Choose the product, select the size (do refer the size chart) and then you will be guided to the payment gateway. After the payment is done, we take 7-12 working days to process the order and ship it to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
We will email you your tracking number once the package is shipped. You could also sign into your account on our website and check the shipment status.

We do not refund but a credit note is issued which you can use during your next purchase. The credit note can be redeemed within 60 days.
We take 7-12 days for processing and the logistics team takes 2-4 days to deliver within India and 7-10 days to deliver outside India.
CUSTOMISED ORDER
You can select your fabric, color and silhouettes from our website and call +91-9599730040 or WhatsApp us. We will help you with the option you have chosen.
The price would vary only if the fabric is different to what is used in the selected design and if there are any changes to be made in the detailing or embroidery.
ALTERATION
In case there is a need for alteration, it can be done within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
The shipping cost to be borne by the client.
Returns & Exchange
At Zoyashi, the packaging is done in durable material to prevent wear & tear. However, in case of the following reasons we accept return.
- If you receive the garment wherein the packaging is tampered and damaged at the time delivery.
- If the garment has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
- If the wrong item has been delivered to you.
Please ensure the garment is unused, unwashed and unworn. And all hand tags are intact.
Request you to let us know within 7 working days of delivery.
Exchange will be accepted only once.
Please send us an email at care@zoyashi.com with complete details of the product, reason and an image of the product for return within 7 days of the delivery and we will get back to you within 2 working days.
Shipping
If you would like your order on urgent basis, please email us at care@zoyashi.com. We will charge INR 500 to process and ship through express mode of courier service.
We will email you your tracking number once the package is shipped. You could also sign into your account on the website and check the shipment status.
